Overview
About this trip
Lake Manyara National Park is one of Tanzania's most beautiful parks, nestled between the Rift Valley escarpment and the soda lake it's named after. Famous for its tree-climbing lions — a rare and mysterious behavior — the park also features thousands of pink flamingos on the lake shore, hippo pools, and dense groundwater forest teeming with olive baboons and blue monkeys.
