About this trip
The Ngorongoro Crater is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa's greatest natural wonders. This vast volcanic caldera — 20km across and 600m deep — is home to an estimated 25,000 animals including the densest population of predators in Africa. Black rhinos, lions, elephants, hippos, and flamingos all live within this natural amphitheater. Descending into the crater floor is an otherworldly experience.
